About Dixon Electrical
At Dixon Electrical, we believe the best solar and electrical solutions come from experience, honesty, and a job done right the first time.
Founded in 2017 by qualified electrician Matt Dixon, we’ve built our name on personal service, technical expertise, and long-term energy solutions that deliver real value to homeowners across Whakatane and surrounding regions.
A Local Business Built on Trust
Based in Awakeri, Dixon Electrical is 100% locally owned and operated. We don’t outsource to subcontractors or pass clients through sales teams — when you work with us, you work directly with Matt.
From your initial site visit to final install, Matt designs and installs every system himself, ensuring your project is completed to the highest possible standard.
